Chapter 5

Having been asked to further comment on and review two hundred and twenty five years of the "Constitution of the United States" and its "Founding Principles" and their application, general observance and effect, and

Having been asked to offer evaluation and recommendation upon the vast array of knowledge and information unleashed and at our disposal through the Divine guidance of centuries and technologies of which we are afforded the ultimate use but of which we have limited comprehension of creature but unlimited Divine assurances of fact, disclaimer, and discernment:

We therefore, thy humble servants and fellow countrymen, all sworn to defend and protect the "Constitution of the United States" and its enduring ideals of Freedom and Liberty for all, do present to you the following series of reports as prepared in the various Committees and by the various delegates selected to present their Committee's summaries.

These are as requested with due consideration given to the needs and efficacies and synergies required between ever- changing and growing scopes of societal evolution and the role of the established structure of law and governance in keeping with all original Intents of the here-assembled framers and as instructed originally by their states and their citizenry and their good conscience from Inception of the Constitutional Convention to conclusion to affixing certification with their signatories and upon final ratification by their respective Legislatures.

As instructed, many overall reports have been prepared on many topics of urgency and in concert with the intentions of correctly applied limited federal powers in keeping with the 21 listed (by Mr. Madison) "Limited and Enumerated Powers" of the Constitution and Bill of Rights (and additional 17 Amendments) that over more than two centuries have been implemented as originally intended

and the antithesis to that subject -

The incorrectly applied limited federal powers and powers exercised outside the constitutional structure of the "21 limited and enumerated powers" and outside the scope and intentions of this body and with their listed and specific unintended and aberrant outcomes and then followed by suggested and proposed remedies and our recommendations for restorative measures. Much discussion is found in each itemized report for factual support and time relevant examples of the federal powers that have been dishonored beyond their original intent and any other powers the federal government has created and "Usurped" outside the scope of the "21 Limited and Enumerated Powers".

These reports have been compiled at the conclusion of extensive weeks and months of analyzing the history and evolution of the Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary branches and the society in general and its attendant changes over the span of time and over times of exuberance and over times of duress.

Much commentary is intertwined with the explanation of "Usurpations" and their specific violations with respect to the original arguments addressed during construction and debate and ratification after all parties had time to form consensus and finality to the principles subsequently being the object of the "Usurpation".

Also analysis and recommendations are given to balance and restore the appropriate "residual and infinite" powers reserved to the States and to "the People" that have been injured at the hands of each federal "Usurpation".

Much of the analysis whereupon has been specifically and, as instructed, viewed in light of the highlighted chronology supplied of, and in association with events and eventualities of the so called "100 Years War" that we have been instructed is at the hands of an unfriendly (to the Constitution and founding principles), so-called, progressive ideology and practice.

In close corroboration upon the condensing of so vast a reviewing and researching, we do find this alleged "progressive/liberal" ideology has revealed itself with 99 years of evidence and self proclamation to frequently disavow limited federal government power, eschew frugal and only fundamental government functions, and pursue aims with the States and The People subservient to expanded central government.

Upon this extensive research as will be shown, and even at this introductory level of report, it is esteemed to be of the utmost necessity to herein forewarn that the gravity of the harm of this ideology/ideologies of amassing government is deemed to be closely linked to variously tried similar philosophies of central government control throughout history and especially running in parallel with certain 20th century governments and government experimentation and all with various degrees of disastrous and generally dictatorial results, and all proven to have the unbridled freedoms of individuals and markets to be hostile to their concepts and applications of power and control. A hostility that is especially versus the ideas of free enterprise, free and unrestrained markets and the concepts of open and steadily-encouraged free supply and demand and the unrestrained and free competition creating products and productivity and freeing labor and capital to find their optimum levels of synergy for optimizing profitability and the advancement and aggrandizing of results.

All said analysis and review is herein coupled as shown in each accompanying report with the express purpose of directing conclusion oriented organization and specific remedy awareness expressly aimed at the highly visible and concerning distress and difficulties impinging on the viability of our beloved America and Her United States toward the end of the subject period. Per the various structures of analysis given and in tandem with extensive recommendations throughout these humble efforts herein, all like-kind energies are directed at, and focused upon, the urgent nature of events unfolding in the year 2012.

It is with the utmost respect and sincerest auspices that these summaries are given and presented to our kindred countrymen and women. To the good people of 2012 America, we pray their good reception for the furtherance and strengthening of the bonding of Man's Freedoms with the steadfast appreciation for the sacrifice and labor required to sustain and nurture them. May fidelity to the truths and the ideals and the Faith of the ages advance the blessings of Liberty for additional Centuries to come and for all of Posterity.

To my Fellow Countrymen of the Year of our Lord, 2012,

"After experiencing the ineffectiveness of the current federal government we are called upon to take part in a discussion about a new Constitution for the United States of America. The importance of this discussion is clear - nothing less than the Union itself, the safety and welfare of all of the states, and the fate of a nation, one which is in many ways the most interesting in the world, is at stake."

So began the first words of Federalist Paper #1 (of 85 "Federalists Papers") in October, 1787.

Now the discussion is equally clear - "nothing less than the Union itself, the safety and the welfare of all states and the fate of a nation - is at stake in the year 2012".

The central government is again in shambles in your time and unable to guarantee the safety and welfare of Liberty and Freedom to its citizens.

In our time there was virtually no "central" government power and a loose confederacy was in disarray. Now in your time, there is massive and dysfunctional central government with much corruption that worships money and the power it purchases and that revels with the hands that bribe its expectant loyalties, its party royalties, and its adhesive rubes and cronies. And there is immense disarray and imminent danger of disintegration to the populace and a growing disillusionment and despair.

But to correctly preface this "Overview and General Assessment" and juxtapose the miracles of Antiquity versus the incredulous attainments of two centuries of my countrymen to the towering accomplishments evidenced when the free people of America in humble accord with their Creator were unleashed in concert with nature and nature's God; let me in congratulatory sted and with sheer admiration and pride begin elsewhere --

The march of the "Great American Experiment" (as it has been referred to many times in this premonition we have been shown) has left us lacking for words taken from 1787 or a less formal vocabulary from your 2013 diction to corroborate senses and sensibilities with the flood of feelings and incredulity as we watch centuries of recreated pictures and motions and sounds for which we can scarce understand their mysterious creature and regeneration.

The grandiose and wondrous heights of achievements, the despair of horrendous tragedy and war, the advancements in medicine and science and knowledge, the ignominy of disgrace and depravity, the lofty ideals of the most noble of endeavors of governance leading first away from bondage and then the lowest denominators leading finally back to the edge of tyranny -- these are just a few powerful emotions and images bashing at our credulity and beating on our breasts as we of the assembly become wholly possessed by the story of America moving in sight and sound through this span of over two centuries hence.

Across the oceans of time we take great pride in what we have seen which the ingenuity and imagination of the American people have accomplished throughout the vast spectrum of human endeavor and we beam with admiration for the goodness and independence they have presented to the world. It is of great comfort indeed to see that no Nation has ever been so generous or so giving of themselves at home or on the world stage.

The political evolution however, I must confess myself and the grand designs introduced and crafted toward a bold federal government and its many powers, while having good intent and many good outcomes, has often been found lacking and to have grave susceptibilities to the devious accumulation of power by those who lust for it and those who succumb to its allures.

It is with sincere apology to those "Anti-federalists" who argued for multitudinous restraints and redundancies and chains on the powers given to a central of governance and also with humble apology to those whom perversions of power by tyrannizing authority have come under oppressive victimization of same that I ask a large measure of forgiveness for the "usurpations" by the central government which have become varied and many -- vexing and grievous.

The bequeathing unto themselves, by the year 2012 by the Executive and Congress and the Courts of powers and privilege far beyond the intended bounds, appear, in this review, to be even unto the extent that they themselves assume the Providential ability to give out "Rights" and do themselves ordain vast and over-interpretive laws requiring obedience to authority in virtually every walk of life. It is a large body of overreach abhorrent to the ideals laid out for Freedom and Liberty in concert with the Limited and Enumerated laws intended consistent of all Free Societies of Men.

The visions of review and analysis show the distortion and prevarication of the true and good and righteous - the self-interest extent of so many beholden to or employed in or by government, and the lengths pursued with which virtues are exchanged for greed and gain in the cause of promulgating and preserving of laws intended for base self-benefit and aggrandizement is appalling and egregious.

To the distinguished gentleman from Virginia, Mr. Jefferson, I offer my especial and sincere apologies and profuse acknowledgements that he was inordinately perceptive in his fights for shackling a central government at every turn and in his forthright and foreshadowing description of government as "a singularly dangerous beast".

While specific analyses and remedies and recommendations are to be itemized and elaborated in the "Letters of Detail" forthcoming, please forbear a brief indulgence and divergence on a sorely needed correction of history as it is incumbent upon this earliest remonstration to correct a highly defamatory and vile campaign (which we have witnessed in the premonitions).

Having been provided current 2012 evidence of many campaigns to besmirch and besmear the good name and exceptional-beyond-reproach contributions of Thomas Jefferson to his country and the good graces that inure to Posterity as a result of his dedication to his country, one specific defamation is briefly presented for enlisting condemnation of these base efforts at discrediting President Jefferson and by association America and her heritage.

That the official organ of Science established in Washington DC called "the Smithsonian Institute" could put into public view and discourse a 5-minute film on racial history by the American Anthropological Association that would deliberately slight, and slant, and slander history and attempt to convey dishonor on arguably our greatest statesman, writer, and inventor and:

"Father of the Declaration of Independence",

"Governor of Virginia",

"Vice President of the United States",

Second "President of the Senate",

first "Secretary of State,

third "President of the United States",

first "Ambassador to France", and

the great negotiator and diplomat that bought the "Louisiana Purchase" (most of the Western United States)(which doubled its size in) in 1803 from Napoleon Bonaparte for a pittance (42 cents per acre in 2010 dollars), and

the President who signed into law the abolishment of the slave trade into America on March 3, 1807 -- .

For one of the most distinguished figures in the history of our country to be depicted by a small, smearing, base and disgusting effort to impugn and mock both Jefferson and the Declaration of Independence with the following description, the demeaning of which, was very clear:

"By 1776 when “All men are created equal” was written into the Declaration of Independence by a slave holder named Thomas Jefferson.."

No further qualifying or contextual words were accompanying or given.

The evidence gathered as requested over the years 1913 to 2012 adds this one small facet to what appears to be a pervasive and highly organized and targeted strategy of personal and character and stature destruction and historical distortion commanded and orchestrated by the so called "progressive/liberal" ideology.

It is an ideology with a furtively cloaked and jaundiced view of much of America's historic virtues, that (as this 18th Century body is coming to understand) in the course of its campaigns, strives to build itself up by tearing down the heritage and institutions, and realities, and individuals with which it disagrees and, as needs endeavor, to erase from its paths with vilification and manipulation, and with marching and maddening of its minions and with malfeasance of its media, and as wantonly compiled, propagates ignominies toward its perceived enemies..

Further research into the assault on President Jefferson and his good reputation and name and accomplishments are born out by the extensively made public campaign of gossip and innuendo and erroneously concluded DNA research and historical accounts as to illegitimate children with a slave and servant Sally Hemmings that have been compiled in the immediate research. When it was time for all contravening retractions demanded by the eventual analysis, the damage was done and the retractions were few and were never elevated to appear again as "headlines" as did the original accusations.

This is depraved embodiment of the underside of human nature and a wholesale paucity of fair debate and dissemination which we were asked to explore and expose and expound upon and we would implore and ask that this perverse philosophy of ideological ends justifying any bitter means be vehemently confronted and held up to all as the pathetic tactics that they are in these intentional efforts to destroy past, present and future reputations, lives, and fortunes.

That this strategy (as seen in our months of research) is of ever-more frequent employment as a political weapon of choice by despicable actors who, seemingly and frequently, are in the endeavor of sabotaging and savaging and destroying a Nation which they seek to weaken or dismantle by undermining its integrity and stature from their dark perspectives - has no place in America whatsoever.

To put into perspective, a newly learned phrase, - "politics of personal destruction" is a despicable strategy even in the dirty area of politics. Debate, - defend - rail for strongly held positions - excellent - a noble exercise - we have done it here until we are blue in the face - but impugn and slander and personally destroy - you are no friend to America and Her ideals and you have no place in Her borders and you will be defeated and driven asunder!

With your forbearance, please consider one more observation as to first importance as to President Jefferson.

The appalling absurdities this body has been studying and witnessing which have been wrought by the judiciary as to rejecting the greatest book ever written (as it has been called, not just in these times and in your times, but for all time)(i.e. "The Bible") in the name of conforming to the "original intent" of the founding fathers and founding documents is just that - patently absurd. These pernicious rulings have been illegitimately promulgated and decreed by the Judiciary Branch of Government and suspiciously targeted at the Judeo/Christian cornerstone of a nation as founded and established.

That the judiciary thinks it can erase and obliterate and scratch from the public schools of 300,000,000 Americans and from all government buildings and from all discourse having, in any way, oblique attachment to the vestiges of "the government" all things having to do with "The Bible", "The Ten Commandments", "Prayer" and virtually anything "Religious" and especially singling out Christians and Jewish religions - and to begin to forbid the heritages of Christmas and crosses in military cemeteries and to squash prayers from the funerals of soldiers and censure chaplains and their words in the military and prayer and bible verses from schools and from their great auditoriums and stadiums and to even entertain the thought of striking the words "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance" to the flag, and, ... the list trails to great length -

That the judiciary of the United States of America can think itself empowered to dictate away the heritage of a nation is enough to instead question the disempowerment altogether by The People and divestment of Supreme hubris and its powers and repudiate the omnipotent power such hubris claims unto itself.

To be very specific, the basis by a handful of members of the judiciary, who have ruled these absurdities, have used "original intent" as the paramount ingredient for interpreting the proper place and role intended for religion. These jurisprudent men have zeroed in on the specific "original intent" of President Thomas Jefferson as to what was going on originally as regards a nation and its relationship of religion in government and how it was practiced and meant to be preserved in the Constitution by those founders and exercised in the future of the nation.

These jurisprudent men of constitutional law have ignored virtually everything about how religion was to be included in the moral and spiritual functioning of the nation's governments and its schools and institutions.

There is no mistaking, at any turn, the importance of the underpinnings of these spiritual and moral supports to the people and their leaders and their government. It was perfectly clear in our time as it should be in any review of our time that religions' precepts and laws support the governing with laws that are steeped in Biblical principles.

This handful of jurisprudent men have, as you say, "hung their hat" (to use your 2012 metaphor), on seven words from one sentence of a 4-sentence letter that Thomas Jefferson sent to the Danbury Baptist Church (one of 20,000 letters he wrote in his lifetime) The Danbury Baptist Church was protesting that Connecticut legislated and "established" another denomination that received the backing and "favors" and force of the state government. Jefferson did not answer their question about their specific grievance as to Connecticut as many states had their own "State established" and legislated churches to the detriment of other churches and it wasn't his authority as a new President in 1801 to delve into States' affairs. Jefferson wrote the church the one sentence and famous and very simple metaphor to apply to the national level in general. We see that this metaphor "Wall of separation of Church and State" has been repeatedly plucked from that letter and elevated and embellished for the very specific reasons of overriding mountains of evidence to the contrary and make it seem that "original intent" of the founding fathers was to scrub all vestiges of religion clean from (or effectively from having any validity with) public property or public discourse on or near public property.

Nothing could be further from the true and intended meaning of the First Amendment. Giving this conjured metaphor, "Separation of Church and State", the position of pseudo-Constitutional standing and making it the representative for "original intent" of this broad subject is completely anathema to this body's intentions.

The "Wall of Separation of Church and State" that President Jefferson wrote about, was specifically in the context of the aforementioned official "establishment" of any legislated or otherwise coercive, "State Church" (government church) the main example being the official Anglican Church in Britain that early Americans fled Britain to escape. An "Establishment Church" being one that was mandated and decreed by the government with, favoring status in the law above other churches - that was what we as the so-called "Founders" argued strenuously against.

There were many examples of these state governmental churches that persisted for many years after the 1791 ratification of the Bill of Rights and its First Amendment in many of the 13 State jurisdictions. These State sponsored and promulgated churches were exactly what "establishment" meant in the so-called "Establishment Clause".

That the Judicial Branch of Government has grossly mischaracterized the words of the First Amendment "Congress shall make no law respecting the Establishment of Religion or the free exercise thereof" with that subsequent and abbreviated metaphor "Separation of Church and State" and has elevated these five words as if they are in the great Document itself and has ignored the obvious tenet that what was clearly meant in these early times was no law respecting the ESTABLISHMENT of a STATE favored religion over other religions; has missed the whole of the original debates and intentions with regard to the expression of religion in America.

Over most of the recent century, the American Judiciary has constructed a wall of separation between its opinions on religion and the original facts and evidences with regard to religion and government and with regard to religion's place in the basic tenets by which a nation was to live and morally conduct its affairs. Striking religion's role from America's government and governance and from the public square is to make a mockery out of every "sworn" oath of office and is to pervert religion's history and traditions and its intricate participation in the formation of the very character of a nation and its soul and its principles.

It is the saddest of commentaries that we of this reassembly are witness to the lengths to which a long litany of judicial decisions have gone to pretend that religion was not deeply rooted and completely intertwined in every aspect of America's founding. It is perfectly clear that the judiciary has patently and consistently conducted a steady endeavor to eradicate America's faith from Her great institutions. This separating of the Divine heritage of a nation from the halls of its institutions and schools and educational discourse and the irreverent stripping of the Divine from all governmental realms is an abomination so foreign to this body that we wholly resolve in full accord to proffer full censure of these perversions and recommend again the irreverent be reprimanded with harsh recrimination and that remediation be at the hands of a reverent review of all that originally acknowledged the Divine Creator at the birth of a grateful and humble nation.

So that the on-going rulings from the year 2012 and after can reflect accurate information and be corrected along with the judicial reviews of the past based on these rulings -

Here is the "original intent" of religion's relationship with government and the government's relationship with religion and as expressly documented through the eyes of the Judiciary's pick for the founder who they apparently deemed as best typified the precedent-setting "original intent" and how that very same Mr. Jefferson actually saw day to day relations between "church and state" and the co-mingling of the two in society (versus and as delineated from the specifically eschewed subject of a State Established Denomination or State promulgated and sponsored and State advantaged Church/Religion).

So there is no more doubt or misinformation going forward, history records the following:

1) Mr. Jefferson, as President of the Senate of the United States, established along with the second Speaker of the House, John Trumbell, Jr., in 1801, that because the Capitol Building and House Chambers were empty on Sundays that church services could be conducted therein.

2) Mr. Jefferson became President 6-weeks later and spent 8 years attending church services (arriving on horseback in good weather and bad) and listening to the sermons in the Capitol building. Mr. Jefferson even brought the United States Marine Band in to play the music for the worship service.

3) The Capitol Building was on Sundays for almost 100 years, the church in Washington that many attended faithfully. Sometimes as many as 4 different denominations were having services on any one Sunday.

4) The Capitol Building for part of its time was the largest church in the United States averaging on Sundays approximately 2000 in attendance around 1857.

5) President Jefferson signed legislation to send missionaries to proselytize the Indians and sent taxpayer money to build their first church.

And, to imprint one more indelible image of "original intent" on the collective mind of the judicial branch and correctly guide a great nation's correct course; it was not just Mr. Jefferson but the great deliberative, legislative body itself, i.e., the "Congress" that spoke very clearly about the relationship of "Church and State".

In 1782, Congress printed the first Bible in America. And not just any Bible, but the "Official Bible of Congress". Congress also directed on the inside cover and recommended distribution and use in all of the schools throughout the land for the enrichment and learning of students.

These were the "original intents". They are unmistakable. It is now to the Judiciary to retract any ill-advised agendas otherwise. We recommend in this body that the first action of a new, "Constitutional Amendment" be to direct the sitting Congress to imitate the first assembled Congress and send Bibles to each and every school around the land for the enrichment and learning of students.

It will be with the utmost of Divine scrutiny that we of the reassembly will follow the manifest endeavors and their journeys toward fruition for all necessary and proper restorative laws and judicial actions for re-rendering the so-called, "church and state" relationship, and for a re-establishment of thousands of correct relationships between religion and government and for a re-connection of a people to the moral and spiritual moorings from that olden time when those moral and spiritual pillars were central to the national character and in obedient concert with and to the original intents of Divine Providence.

Having steered the original Convention's direction and debate for a "strong central government", and witnessing that central government now operating so obviously out-of-bounds as a rapacious behemoth from what was intended, my broadest apologies. It is a distinct honor and a redemptive endeavor of personal note to introduce the great work of this reassembly and the recommendations of my fellow delegates to undo the usurpations of this rapacious beast.

The entire committee commends all members of the reassembly and the magnitude of their months analyzing, reviewing, and validating and invalidating, evidences and assumptions and outcomes; and it is a high privilege to present this "Overview" to the separate presentations that follow.

It is hoped that from these great deliberative assessments and the assimilation and proffering of such extensive corrective repair and delicately balanced proposals, that these herein recommendations will merge with that great document that was conceived in the summer of 1787 and in turn merge with the fortitude and dedicated action of 21st century America to arrest a new tyranny rising from within.

Each member of this General Assessment Committee has endeavored to uphold the sacred responsibility to that treasured Constitution as just one of thousands of souls and voices who have pledged to guard, defend and protect this towering and enduring Monument of Freedom.

It is with humility and umbrage that this introduction is offerred on behalf of the committee and the reassembly for the considered evaluation and critical study by all Americans in this year of our Lord, 2012.

Committee of What is Constitutional and what is "Usurpation" - (James Madison)

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Year of our Lord, 2012,

I ask your forbearance from the earliest beginnings for my meager and lacking qualifications to comment and convey proper acknowledgement upon the Miracles that have stretched over two centuries before our most inadequate senses of sight and sound and comprehension for all that we have been shown. The enormity of the realms of human accomplishment can only be supposed at the behest of a guiding Divine Plan and at the bequest of an Omniscient and Loving Creator showing Favor in His extensive Graces to Humanity.

Ours is only to observe in wonder and awe and humble witness to a seemingly un-exhaustible plethora of Providentially inspired accomplishments of two hundred years of advancement of those generations who have taken America and marched to heights of greatness and immense and enormous attainment and in a vast and wondrous universe of endeavors.

It is almost with trepidation that we entertain the introspection that what was so ardently and passionately framed here has provided a government of The People and by The People and for The People that has, not only long endured, but wrought such free advancements in Mankind's earthly existence that seem to extend beyond the dreams of mortal men and towards the imaginings of the heavens.

This body marvels at these amazements but is now engaged and enjoined in a great and trying battle to understand how so marvelous an unfolding of the mind of Man to command so many mysteries of the universe and the secrets of knowledge and invention can, at the same time and with antithetical obliviousness, allow the firmaments and fixtures of its controlling institutions to weaken and to decay and therein undermine the Freedom and Liberty that propelled itself to greatness and in doing so watch those Freedoms and Liberties dissolve and disperse.

That the "federal government" and its "three branches of governance" created here in this body with near unanimous certitude for specifically set aside powers and only those very delineated and enumerated and unique powers, has now in the year 2012 become what some have called "a rapacious beast" ceding powers unto itself never given to it by The People and is now, in 2012, turning its power back upon its Masters to overthrow their Freedoms by reversing those indelible American principles of Constitutionally "Limited and Enumerated" powers.

This is the difficult and distressing set of abominations we are being asked to juxtapose against the true and Divinely inspired principles as they were originally written into the great Constitution as debated, and intended, and inscribed in the year 1787 at its creation and the true and intended further principles and protections as debated, and intended and ascribed in 1791 with the great Document's first ten Amendments, the "Bill of Rights".

". In direct support of these observations, your Ms. Publius Huldah, a most erudite and fearless political commentator, penned the following brilliant introspections on her personal blog, “Understanding the Constitution” on your Internet in the fall of 2011 and we are admiring of the zest that she wields her cutting clarity:

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State. [boldface added]

“…it will not follow…that acts of …[the federal government] which are NOT PURSUANT to its constitutional powers, but which are invasions of the residuary authorities of … [the States], will become the supreme law of the land. Mr. President, my humble appreciation for inclusion in this most urgent reassembly to assess the foundational endurances that were herein and originally wrought to establish and ordain a new order of governance whereby Men (and as we now understand - Women) can order their lives and their livelihoods and their affairs as their desires and their wishes and their dreams direct them. And all directed without the oppression of despotism or tyrants but all at the behest and control of a system of government that they, as a People, direct and control to the betterment of each individual as his or her endeavors and energies abide and nourish and earnestly engender to flourish all noble pursuits toward their attainment within a framework of Freedom and Liberty for all.

My humble acknowledgements to the distinguished Mr. Hamilton from New York and the illustrious Mr. Madison from the great state of Virginia for their deference and demurring thoughts on what went right and what went wrong at the hands of months and months of honest and earnest debate (first in this prestigious body, and then through a young nation at its decisive moments of earnestly debated formation) into the safeguards best advised to prevent tyranny and take-over and reversion back to the proclivities of men to lust for power and lucre and the lording of control over other men. Also Mr. Hamilton as the first Secretary of the Treasury has contributed his accumulated wisdom in the ways of banking and currency to our conclusions in this committee as to the Sovereign debt of 2012 America at the hands of the clandestine and global-dealing Federal Reserve.

I add my astonishment and utter unbelief at the unimaginable accomplishments the people of the United States of America over the centuries found it in their hearts and souls and minds, and, with the blessings of an omniscient Creator, to design and promulgate upon the Earth the untold inventions of industry and technology and agriculture and architecture and travel and with fields of endeavor and leisure and at heights far from any comprehension we can muster in our time. .

I too, like all of my colleagues here in this re-assembly, wonder on the one hand at these amazements, and then am perplexed by how this level of intelligence so advanced can lose control of its government to the point that a massive and inept and incompetent and corrupt federal government threatens to bring down the wealth and the economy of a great nation and thereby also the means necessary to defend a nation and thereby bring about the multiple threats to fruition and the inevitable collapse and destruction of its Freedom which event means the permanent loss of its People's liberty as once lost it is indeed gone.

We have come to be enamored with the borrowed phrase "connect the dots". I implore your attention to and patience with the following "dots and connections".

The Federal Legislative Branch, in 2012, abundantly has become the enemy to America that we, as the so-called "Anti-Federalists" feared. By just ignoring the Limited and Enumerated Powers and only those powers as prescribed and dictated and delineated in the Constitution and its Amendments, the original bicameral Congress, supposedly shackled and chained by these few strictly limited powers has now formed itself into an "Imperial Congress" .

This Imperial Power:

1) extorts and collects huge amounts of the national treasure from a small voiceless minority that can only pale in its

resistance,

2) uses massive amounts of that money as earmarks and mandates and subsidies and block grants and ad infinitum,

3) doles these monies to targeting "parasitic" constituencies to bond allegiance and,

4) has amassed its 20th and 21st Century "Imperial Congress" monopoly on national power with a staggering

incumbency re-election rate of 95%. A rate that is unimaginable to us whereby 19 out of 20 times your 535

members of Congress have devised the most devious and intricate of schemes wielding often ill-influenced and

directed money and often Treasury bought "pork", as you say, to "buy up" their constituencies allegiance.

We see the federal authority has often fancied itself to be more skilled at managing billions of transactions than the free markets but, has instead and to the contrary, manifestly proven over and over that its grand attempts to set and manage prices with price controls and production controls and demand controls fails in every season yet in 2012 in agriculture and in energy and in all areas of subsidies and limits on production we see the same dismal failings. Yet it seems to matter not to the federal hierarchy as so many of the underlying reasons for these and so many other constructs of the federal fiefdoms can be traced back to the modern day term "protection money" or "slush money" used too often to accrue power to the providers of the rules and largess.

We in 1787 are men of many failings, but as early Americans we have a distinct pride in our honor and our integrity and our mutual best devices for our country and at the hands and purposes of its People and we are ashamed at what we see and what we see in so much of the review is nothing short of frequent bribery, and deceit, and unholy alliances using America's money, and the immoral pursuit of power and personal gain.

In our time we studied intently the subject of "rotation". Over the ages it has often been a staple of various and sundry governance and organized civic structure.

We see it has now been applied and called "limited term". After four elective "terms" of the "Depression Era" President Roosevelt, we see it was employed to limit the rotation to two 4-year "terms" as you say for the office of the President.

Nothing could thwart an "Imperial Congress" quicker and more long-lived than the employment of "rotation" and "term limits" for the People's "House of Representatives" and the State Legislatures' apportioned chamber of the Congress, i.e. "The Senate", and nothing could evince better the immediate purging of graft and misplaced power and for the inuring and enduring benefit of effecting the "will" of the People on their elected officials.

We have studied and chronicled and seen the great lessons on-going as they have shown up through Antiquity of the ineffectiveness of centrally planned government and its power and its inclination to control through programs and the categorized results speak to the inevitable folly of those who think that Government, with its number one interest of protecting itself and its continuity, can effectively and efficiently implement its resources into effectuating, in any optimal way, the programs it is designed to oversee and complete.

We chronicle no better, nor more spectacular, or more grandeur of failing than the nationalizing of American children under its purview and specifically under the grand designs and monumental hubris and dictates of a national Education program.

THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION OF 1787 DID NOT PUT ANY VESTIGE OF EDUCATION IN THE CONSTITUTION AS A FEDERAL POWER.

It is in our time, everywhere and universally understood to be the power of local and state administration to protect the power of parents of these children to direct the very best for their education and it is the utmost "usurpation" of power by the federal government to have circumvented the great Constitution and an abomination to all intent to the "Limited and Enumerated Powers" at their listing and to their original precept and concept.

The grand designs and grand rules and rigid edicts of those who position themselves in the federal government to be the empowered few who, for the sake of memorializing themselves and their close cadre of pedants, believe they are ordained to have the impeccable wisdom to lord schemes over the populace, these are the delusional and the leaches that have destroyed the overall excellent education of a society that grew out of liberty and freedom of expression prior to the federal government's nationalizing of education under the centrally controlled "Department of Education".

And it is an aside but an appropriate and co-joined sequel that shares the same massively extraneous perversions of expense and high level command and control that has permeated the campuses of "higher education" as it is called. These supposed citadels of learning are more monuments to the piled layers upon layers of administration and administrators far removed from the vital role of educating but inordinately fixed on the paper shuffling efficacies of their collegiate world and mastery of the intricacies of that same said command and control. These institutions of higher learning are themselves not first and foremost about teaching requisite knowledge and skills to the future leaders and learned and skilled work force, but most often about the edification of omniscient "processes" and "procedures" and institutionalizing of sagacious philosophies and erudite sacraments.

And there is everywhere monetary folly that links with the command and control of the so-called "Progressive" (Liberal) ideology of government that has permeated the classrooms of "do as I say (not as I did because I never did anything in the real world)" on a majority of the university landscapes. And it is everywhere preaching that money "grows on trees" at that monetary Mt. Olympus - the inscrutable Federal Reserve and that by borrowing today you can live and learn for today and cover massive tuition with massive loans and live a life of massive indebtedness and tomorrow will never come.

But tomorrow does come. And it is here. And everywhere debt has been succumbed to, "tomorrow" is now demanding payment, much to the oppressing and depressing of purse and budget and spirit. It is everywhere from massive student loans to the national loan and is due and owing.

And what has been learned in the great halls of national education? What is the result of nationalizing the education of its populace. How has national education fared to train a nation to excel and acquire jobs and lead lives of frugal and hard working endeavor to build businesses and companies themselves that in turn employ new graduates educated in the necessary skills toward successful tomorrows for their families and their nation?

There is massive unemployment in 2012 even as there is desperate need for educated and skilled workers at company after company.

The national conundrum in education has been spawned in hubris. It is, just like the centrally controlled government, a monumental failure. It has become obvious to this re-assembly and to 2012 Americans that both systems of hubris are at the heart of America's problems.

The Department of Education is just one, but a preponderant one, of the ultimate examples of a long list that can be assigned to the feebleness and failure and folly of federal power that thinks it is able to substitute for individual ingenuity, persistence, perseverance, integrity, industriously and ardently applied labor and ultimate attainment and achievement of the good and the grand and the great ends that men and women free of government interference can attain and sustain and build into better lives not just for themselves but to the betterment of the vast world upon which they impact.

I would like to commend the work of Mr. Franklin and his committee and their imaginative approach for revitalization of the nation's economic well-being through the massive network of new insulated "Free Enterprise Towns" free from any grip of the Federal Government and free to flourish to heights of magnificent success and achievement to the repatriation of America to Her enterprise and Her vitality and Her education. The resplendent ideas for a mixing of homeschooling, virtual schooling, traditional classroom schooling and monthly sabbatical schooling from remote vacation resorts and destinations has resounding benefits. These work/vacation/schooling junkets proposed, which can also be characterized as month-long field trips, bring great potential for productivity and pleasure and, with 2012 technology, the schooling and the work that can be remotely done is a phenomenon that has fantastic opportunities for creative successes and family advancement and enrichment.

There are many but especially two other examples we proffer. This re-assembly has pieced together the crippling of America in the world-wide business community, by, as you say, having both hands tied behind Her back, in the arenas and in the competition and in the endeavors of "energy production" and "energy independence" at the hands and zeal of the federal Department of Energy and in ballooning and exponentiating regulations of myriad businesses large and small being crippled by the devices and designs of the federal Department of Environment called the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and its teeming bureaucracies.

We reiterate that we marvel in unimaginable and amazing awe at what America has given the world at the hands of Her recently previous great system of educating and impassioning of the inventors and the innovators and the ingenious and the entrepreneuring and the enterprising. The dusty journeys of 1787 of durations of days and weeks and months and years are now accomplished in just minutes and hours by automobiles and the wondrous winging of your humongous birds of the air - jets - its unfathomable.

But we are just as amazingly aghast, unbelieving, and appalled that America has allowed those who have taken the so-called agenda of "Environmentalism" to the ridiculous heights which seem to put "Environmentalism" at the highest alters as if religious worship and, have assigned a new essence to the universe that is not "Man and his God", but "Nature over Man" and Nature replacing God to the detriment and denigration of men and to the destroying of the ability of America to deploy her God-given resources to the benefit of all Men.

In addition to aghast and appalled, we find this deplorable and misguided application to be a complete hijacking of environmental efforts of those who believe in true and virtuous balances of Man and Nature whereby men and women work in concert with and in balanced protection of their environs rather than the aforementioned and extreme positions and the cult-like requisitioning of the "Environment" for a "cause" or "crusade".

Mixed with the extremisms, we also detect there are those for even grander purposes of commandeering environmental forces that have antipathy for America herself and this commandeering by a relatively small minority has combined these hostile views of America and her heritage and her history into a wicked witches' brew for cursing America and cursing all the while in the guise of science and with false accusations that America's intentions by her Populace are to collectively ignore or actively assault and destroy Her Environment with total impunity against the pristine and the esthetic and the wild. But with small exceptions, the accusations are false accusations in the wide scope and the science is false science and the guise is in the disguise of guile and deception.

That the Departments of Energy and Environmental Protection are complicit and accomplice to the crippling of America and Her Energy and Her Businesses and Her Future and have sought to manacle the vital components and evolution of America and Her Energy Future and Business Future is abundantly clear.

There are no worse enemies to the development of America and Her energy and businesses than "The Department of Energy" and the "Department of Environmental Protection" (EPA) and what they have become at the behest of dangerous, unbalanced minds wielding the narrowest of perspectives and agendas.

....Four

The Federal Legislative Branch and the Federal Executive Branch together in the year 1913, and in the so-called "Progressive Era", effectively ended the representation of the State Legislatures in the Federal Congress as designed by this body in the great scheme of the original checks and balances of the Great Constitution and with the passage of the 17th Amendment, took away the right of the State Legislatures to elect their two state Senators to represent them in the Senate of the United States Congress and thereby be the stalwart guard against federal usurpation of power away from the States and with crippling effect to the States for the following 100 years and with rampant consolidation of power to the Imperials in Washington D.C.

This crumbled the pillar and undergirding of "federalism" by knocking out the bicameral check and balance designed into the Constitution whereby the "People's House" (House of Representatives) and the "State's House" (Senate) would give the State Legislatures their voice and base of power against the Federal authorities.

There can be no State balance of power until the 17th Amendment is repealed and federalism is restored to America.

The Federal Legislative Branch has gravitated to shotgun methods of blasting unconstitutional legislation across the landscape of America in oblivious fashion in the 20th and 21st Century and many of the thousands of lower level officers of America have looked askance and deferred their sworn "Oath of Office" "to defend and protect the Constitution" "passing the buck" as you say, up the chain so that only a few people in a few courts are left to their devices which we see is often formed with a bond to a small, active cadre with common agenda promulgated frequently averse to the limited and enumerated power of government for which the Constitution calls. The resulting system weakens the power of the whole as protected by the great document of America, allows well placed intentionally designed perverse power to just a few, and allows in many cases the collusion of the Legislative and the Judiciary and the Executive and the Judiciary.

The ultimate "passing the buck" is not just at the hands of legions of sworn officials but at the hands of the diminished vigilance of the People themselves who in apathy and lack of involvement have allowed the drift of oversight to cause a vacuum all too beckoning for the subsequent aggregating of immense power in one "ultimate" Court.

The 2012 notion that one Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of the Constitution has at critical times and in critical cases allowed the dreaded "colluding" of two or three branches of power. Unchecked power that, frequently as we see, allowed just 5 or 6 people on a court to direct the ship of state of a nation of 300,000,000 into unintended waters and fast sweeping currents that cut new swaths of the flow of law and order that are outside the original confines of the original structure and definitions of Freedom and Liberty of the People to be free FROM their government. Destructive sweeping currents flooding of the heart and heartland of a free people with chains and washing away and over time eroding the footing and foundations of the discipline and structure and morals and religion and ethics and integrity of the basic safeguards against oppressive and rabid growth of government in the lives of the 300,000,000.

By colluding with the Legislative Body, the Judicial Body in conjunction with frequently just 5 of its 9 people decreeing their beliefs that new and undisciplined divergences from the original intents of "limited and enumerated" were allowed due to these 5 applying their "elastic thinking" with "great imagination" and "supple and mindful bending" of the so-called "Commerce Clause" in Article 1 and the so-called "Necessary and Proper Clause" and even invoking the "welfare clause" of the Preamble if necessary:

all of this redefining of a country's structure of government and its laws of power sharing has

1) allowed the Legislative Branch to encumber the States and the People with albatross's large and small with programs riddled from top to bottom with the normal inefficiencies and ineptness and incompetent and all-too-often the corruption that unaccountable government attracts unto itself, and,

2) allowed the Judiciary to get a "wink and nod and pass" from the Legislative Branch to do its own legislating over the States and the People as if it were the Constitutionally mandated "Legislative" body of governance.

(Patrick Henry in his reports has found overwhelming evidence and documentation to present of the vast efforts and overwhelmingly funded forces whose stated purpose is to produce steady and massive legions of graduating lawyers educated specifically and for the express purpose of weakening the concepts of "Enumerated and Limited" Powers in the Constitution and promulgating, what is called in your time, "legislating from the bench" in the Judiciary.)

In the vast research we have been afforded of the vast 2012 markets for stocks and bonds and securities and real estate et al, we see the events and the influence of the world bankers thru the 1913 established Federal Reserve on the Sovereign monetary decisions of America and it is a world opaque to most of the American people but that so directly affects them in multitudinous and ever more troubling ways.

We see the vast regulations in these markets that government has wrought. Some may be good but many are such complex aggregations of rules to the point of morass and of obscuring the main points about willing buyers and willing sellers. On the other hand, it seems the biggest bankers of the world and powerful unseen players behind the black-hole that is the Federal Reserve have massive opportunity to direct enormous funds with little or no input from anyone but with massive implications for everyone. We see just one example of this, in June of 2011, when there was little reporting given daylight for 57,000,000,000 dollars that was funneled to the IMF (International Monetary Fund) so the IMF could in turn give support to the most floundering and debt-ridden country in the Euro-zone, Greece.

In one other example from September of 2011, we see the vicissitudes of the American people in their budgets that put them constantly at the mercy of the vicarious and frequently unaccountable actions of the Federal Reserve. In this example transaction, the Fed swapped massive dollars for massive Euros to bolster the Euro over a 7-day period. After the normal short temporary, 7-day period, the exchange unravels. But then we see the Fed increase its historical 7-day window to 90 days in which time the euro could implode and make the swap an abysmal loss to America taxpayers considering the precipitous calamities that are upon the Euro-zone and its banks and its currency. No oversight and no control is available to the American people over the Fed actions with massive amounts of their money and generally very little transparency to the American people to see the actions and be able to follow the actions.

We see massive amounts of Americans' money (taxpayer money) going all over the world to bailout foreign banks and US banks and large brokerage houses from the infamous "too big to fail" giveaway. Most Americans still, in 2012, seem to remember the bailout money going for 100,000,000 dollar bonuses to top executives and hundreds of lesser executives and traders getting million plus dollar bonuses. Bonuses given to those who drove these companies to bankruptcy status except for the bailouts.

We see the Fed giving the AIG company 80,000,000,000 dollars for it to stay afloat and note that that 80,000,000,000 dollars was in turn used to pay off "credit default swaps" and other insurance payoffs to banks around the world and the US of which 43 percent of the money went to bailout foreign bankers.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg that we in this re-assembly can see. The American people have no control over the people behind the curtain who own the Federal Reserve Bank and use American money around the globe to what ends we know not.

We regret that all of our massive research provided and employed has not allowed us to know who are the owners of the private company that owns the "The Federal Reserve Bank" or who behind the scenes interfaces with the owners and may profit in secrecy or who secretly influence decisions to send America's money to foreign lands and make policies that now have America indebted to its enemies.

America is now so entangled with debt and secrecy to other nations including potential enemies, that there is little doubt that the near hopeless indebtedness of a once dominant nation will shortly leave it groveling for continued support of its voracious money consumption and pleading with a world to continue to allow it to print dollars for its own edification to the detriment of the whole world that has for so long assented to an acknowledgement of the "full faith and credit" of a creditworthy United States. Now that She is becoming uncreditworthy, who is going to keep accepting these dollars much longer?

Being privy to the 2011 Federal budget provided and given the cacophonous drama to effect a massive budget cut to which both basic political parties feigned great accomplishment and great compromise, the end result of tumultuous pull and tug and proclamation of success is here proffered in two forms: 1) in total, and 2) as proportionately given a better perspective (with 8 zeros deducted to approximate a lower class family) for simple judgment by simple assessing citizens who are to pay the bill for these great deliberations.

We beg the question what would happen to the household budget below?

From our analysis and our perspective from 1787, It is irrefutable to us that America is so precariously poised to be a puppet dancing at the strings of other solvent creditors and so poised to be sent into war with no war chest to prosecute any successful duration at the hands of a bankrupt treasury and currency, that we in our collective summaries and opinions are in manifest and bitter distress for what we are concluding.

For just a moment of respite from the dire, here is a small, as you say, "tidbit" on the subject of analyzing where to get the best returns on investment in 2012 America.

The Committee of Markets and Money, offers the following report from the "Center For Responsive Politics" to give the very best investment opportunities in 2012 America. It is a crowning achievement to the Progressives (Liberals) "100 Years War".

"TARP Recipients Paid Out $114 Million for Politicking Last Year"

The companies that have been awarded taxpayers' money from Congress's bailout bill spent $77 million on

Lobbying and $37 million on federal campaign contributions, Center finds. The return on investment:

258,449 percent. "

Every $1 a "lobbyist" has spent in Washington DC has generally returned taxpayers money in massive percentages for the efforts expended to influence the dispensing of the American Peoples' labors.

If the most amazing returns on investment in 2012 America, is the objective, then deal at the door of your Congressman or Senator (who are insulated from defeat with the 19 out of 20 incumbency shield) as a well-positioned, lobbying, big influence entity. That's where the "big bucks", as you say, of American's money gets dispensed and returned in abundance.

The distinguished members of this Convention and re-assembly are men of great diversity and education and study of history and governments and men.

We have endeavored to come to a collective consensus as to how to approach the monstrosities we are confronted with (some having such numbers of stunning and dwarfing magnitude that there is no seeming sense to be made of any reality or comprehending context). The first abstruse profundity is found in over 1.6 million words in the 2012 Federal Register alone listing the laws that just the federal government has decreed..

Friends and Countrymen of 2012,

It is with salutations of esteem and the utmost of warm greetings that this compilation of research and review is proffered to the Sons and Daughters of Liberty and the bearers and keepers of Freedom with a special salute to that glorious, high-flying flag, the Star-Spangled Banner, that waves just as proud in the 21st century as "Old Glory" did in our 18th century.

We have seen two centuries in the apparitions of the blood of our brothers (and sisters) given in the fight to preserve those liberties and freedoms in service of the most noble sacrifices in far away lands so others might be free from the Despotism of Tyrants and oppression of power-thirsting government. At the risk of loss of life and limb these gallant Americans have gone in valor where writers only wonder with their feeble words and pundits pontificate of what they know not and statesmen make speeches for the fading pages for the ages of history.

It is the blood and bravery of America's true Patriots that is the essence of Honor and Sacred Love of Country that "Secure the Blessings of Liberty" as proclaimed in the Preamble of the Constitution for all Americans. Their dedication and their sacrifice is the real and overwhelming protector that in that same sentence "Provides for the Common Defense" against all forces of evil that would destroy America from outside Her borders.

But it is now from within Her borders that America is under massive attack from wicked force and embittered zeal and contempt for Her ideals and Her goodness and Her history and Her heritage. The forces are absolute and ruthless with perfect intent to sabotage and take over and replace altogether the foundational tenets of American freedom and replace it with American subservience and submission at the hands of two serpents of subjugating misery - 1) sovereignty unto a new, all-powerful, central government and 2) surrender to a new World sovereignty that subjugates America as just one more of its submissive fiefdoms.

And the march of these forces in the quest for oblivion for the American way of life is succeeding and speeding through their treasonous agendas.

IT HAS BECOME VERY LATE IN THE DAY FOR AMERICA.

Her exceptionalism, as it has been called, and Her super-power status are teetering in their girding and in their footings and great trembling is groaning at Her core.

We see the proper words evidenced by one of your modern writers that define the case against the usurping of power by government when it tries to be lord and master. These are words that frame the argument of dominance between government versus the people correctly. Your Ayn Rand writes:

"The government was set to protect man from criminals - and the Constitution was written to protect man

from the government. The Bill of Rights was not directed against private citizens, but against the

government as an explicit declaration that individual rights supersede any public or social power."

But the forest has been cleared of the underbrush for the first stage whereby 545 people control virtually ever more, all-encompassing, aspects of life for the other 300,000,000 Americans. We see the actual transitions accelerating now as Americans and their attempts at free enterprise and the previous capitalistic ways are becoming enslaved at the hands of the government they are supposed to command and it is sapping the vitality of America and its economy.

However, in the upheaval of crisis, many of the 545 running government toward absolute control in the first stage, are setting themselves up to be "dupes" in the second stage - a second stage whereby the Executive consolidates and claims power in the name of imminent crisis, and whereby the Executive dissolves the Constitution whether by takeover by decree or by takeover by degree. We currently see that much of that feared dissolving by degree in form and substance has already run a long course and greatly thwarts so much of the Constitution's many intents as established and promulgated at inception. It is rearward sight that the takeover by degree has been walking and trotting into a full gallop in your time. From the reviews and re-playing, we chronicle Constitutional adherence roughly taking its leave of the rigid Constitution structure just after the beginning of the 1900s, and specifically beginning in 1913, as the assault crystallized with your so-call "Progressive Era" of 1913-1921.

The Constitution is now, in your time, rapidly being commandeered by the central government and the rapid events of this descent were forewarned with foreboding and unwavering assertion by many here in this original assembly who believed that the federal power could become the monster and master of the People and take over the reins of power unto itself.

The American people have little real information or concept of the vast underground structure that has been quietly installed in the dark and cloaked 2012 world of the unelected and especially the hidden plans of czars of the Executive and these czars are just one partition of the Executive underworld being put into place.

Nameless and faceless bureaucrats (in hundreds of newly established bureaus/new agencies/programs as 2012 was dawning) were joining up with all of the previously established executive agencies to wield thousands of regulations upon the American populace. Once established we see these bureaucrats entrenching their domain and aggregating power unto themselves. The proclivities of men's weaknesses to resist the temptations and allure of power give great occasion for putting new-found power in force and effect. And just as lords over the ages have seized upon those temptations, so too will legions of bureaucrats prizing their hierarchial positions, succumb to opportunities of expediency and also to whim and vagaries as their needs for exercising power suit them.

We see all of this taking place at the same occurrences of uprisings all over the so-called "hotspots" of the world and riots in Europe and Arabia accelerating as the socialist leaning governments in Europe have built foundations going forward that swell their central control with the triggering of upheavals and unrest and revolution while the other revolutions in Africa and Arabia are exploding with cascading antipathy for all things Western and American and Christian and Judeo. We see the so-called "Arab Spring" revealing just how much hatred has simmered and is reaching a boil as the extremists of the Muslim faith cower those of more moderate voices as they consolidate control with violence and force and intimidation.

And now we also see the seeds of revolution being planted in the huge masses of displaced and unemployed workers led by collaborating Labor forces with the Executive underworld. And we see also these and their kindred leftist forces around the world and amazingly in earnest in 2012 America joining the false fronts of moderation of particularly well positioned and clandestinely conquering groups like the ascendant "Muslim Brotherhood", consolidating for the temporary convenience of each other to take down capitalism where ever they find it in Arabia and now spreading throughout and as part of the aforementioned riots of Europe and even now the unveilings in America.

And we extrapolate from the latest research, that America is rampant with cabals of groups of long-suffering planning and plots for the overthrow of the American Constitution and American law by malicious Muslim voices and forces that have silently waited for the moment that is at hand. As the lid is taken off the pressure cooker, we see that thousands of American mosques have been organizing and in many of them they have been building up vast and nefarious endeavors as part of worldwide coordinations and sympathies.

This Muslim aggression is now loudly taking off its mask and proclaiming its intentions to institute Sharia Law as part of a grand "khilafah" to replace American law and American nationalism and the evils of American ways and bring America under the worldwide khilafah. And the American people are vastly unaware and ill-prepared.

And we see in these highly anti-American videos that are suddenly on the American scene in dramatically emboldened numbers, vitriolic and impassioned public calls to action many in which the speakers state up front and with no reservations that "apostasy" to the letter of the Khilafah will be met with swift death. Their words are real and their meanings are literal and their import is dire and dark for America and all it represents to this uprising against it. And the murders and the killings are real and the few so-called Muslim "honor killings" of young Muslim girls in America that have been projected into the public awareness and conscience are but the tip of the undercurrents of unsolved files of sheriffs marshalling their efforts of criminal investigation. Meanwhile we see an interview of one longtime combatant within this fight who, as participant and victim, shall remain unnamed and we see one long time observer in the same interview trying to clearly convey the dangers to America and to the Islam faith from this radical takeover of a religion, They proffer a picture developing of deadly fear by moderate Muslims for their safety and their lives worldwide AND in America for speaking out against the extremism. And the picture they paint is of a violent transformation in Egypt with an ascendant, militant, Muslim Brotherhood grabbing power and of the roughly 190,000 Coptic Christian population, rapidly dispersing out of Egypt and into other parts of the world to avoid death in their home country.

There is an amazing dearth of reporting of these ominous forebodings in America's media. To the contrary the media is ignoring the venomous and treasonous and murderous exhortations of this developing wave of Khilafah driven threat. Your 2011 media does however fixate and help promulgate left-wing driven reports of "American Islamophobia" and it is all at the hands of those of Progressive philosophy inciting change through anarchy and chaos in the zealous on-slaught against capitalism and the traditions of American free enterprise and against the pinnacles of exceptionalism wrought over two centuries as these institutions unleashed the vast successes Americans have brought not to just themselves and their own families and communities but to the whole world.

Meanwhile, we in the re-assembly see the eradication of God from the public discourse and the public square and we see the Mayor of New York City preventing God from the memorial of the greatest attack ever perpetrated on American soil (the massively planned Muslim attack in New York City by 19 mostly Saudi Arabia perpetrators which triggered America to go to war with those already declaring war on the United States in the name of Allah.)

On September 16, 2011, the same Mayor of New York City issued a prediction of "riots in the streets".

"Riots in the streets" began the next week in New York City.

We see as those protests and riots gain momentum, your 2012 civil rights activist, Jesse Jackson making headlines that:

"the American economy resembles nothing so much as the Titanic, and if President Obama and Congress

doesn't do something soon, America's streets could easily explode in civil unrest."

"There is real tension in the streets because people are becoming so desperate,” he said. “We’re really

on the edge of an explosion.”

Two weeks later we see Jackson's son, a congressman, issuing a long detailed call for the President to void the constitution and implement his own $1 trillion dollar give away of non-existent money to purported save the economy and create jobs.

We have come to understand that this is the mainstay strategy of the Progressive left and that the top echelons of power in this ideology especially embrace and/or employ the "Fox and Piven" strategy. These historical strategems from the 1960's and 1970's are still the contemporary teachings and seminars of Francis Fox Piven as she still teaches and exhorts revolutions through instigated riots in American cities from her pedestal provided by Liberal learning at America's institutions of higher learning.

That the cabal of your Greenwich Village radicals of the 1960's and their violent tendencies and historical tactics for fomenting chaos and anarchy with their marked trail of arson and at times mayhem and murderous outcroppings, are now organized and in 2012, all dressed up with respectable connections through Chicago politics, the labor unions, the White House, and especially through that huge coordinating, umbrella that was established in 2003 by Hillary Clinton and George Soros, the "Center for American Progress".

We see the scope of the "Center for American Progress" (CAP) is immense and coordinates literally hundreds of George Soros connected efforts to get rid of his number one obstacle -- America. George Soros apparently has to get rid of America's prominence in order to institute global dominance through his "One World Order". It is estimated by one of the progressive watchdog organizations of your time, "DTN" (Defining the Networks) that these hundreds of Progressive/Liberal/Leftist organizations (beginning with Soros' "Open Society" and "The Tides Foundation" and "The Apollo Project" (which organized and quietly controlled and coordinated how and where the 787,000,000,000 dollar stimulus monies would go in 2009 and who would benefit from these handouts)) are pouring money into and amassing 26 times more money than the total of conservative average Americans into similar organizations to fend off and offset the Progressive tidal wave of funding and influence and persuasion of people and agendas through the unions and the media.

The DTN organization is an offshoot that a previous member of your "radical left", David Horowitz, founded after he disavowed the radical ways of the organizations of Progressivism and their useful promulgation of anarchy and attack and "transformation of America".

Andy Stern, of your SEIU vast government unions, we see as the documented, most frequent visitor to the White House who is calling for all workers of the world to unite as one global force and one global consolidated movement. We see the huge disparity between American workers' wages and the paltry and meager world average wages. We see that what Andy Stern is not telling America and the American worker, who donates "mandatorily" his (and her) union dues, is that America's wages will have to be dropped in the extreme so that in the One World Order the American workers wages will come down to balance for the socialist equilibrium to work in the new Global structure.

We see, in September 2011, James Hoffa, the head of the Teamsters Unions, speaking to hundreds and rallying them with the lambasting and cursing of conservatives and the open threats to violence against the "Tea Party" with the call to "take them out". This was the introductory speech for the President of the United States just before taking his turn at the microphone.

We see, Richard Trumka of the United Mine Workers history and President of the AFL/CIO boasting on another of these videos that our research shows went "viral", that he is in the White House every week and talking to the White House every day. And we take him at his word as we see the direct results when massive amounts of the stimulus went straight into insolvent Union pensions funds in amounts that stagger the seemingly "bailout" weariness of American taxpayers who are now footing the bill for massive pension funds. We see a virtual money train of immense proportions handed out to the unions in concert with their position of power within the White House.

We see what the combined union and liberal effects are in concert with the designs of the 2012 President and his political party and that is crushing and impossible debt for the Nation.

And in 2012 we see these realities finally becoming more and more apparent to the populace. It was becoming a realization that the extent of the economic peril of America's profligacy was approaching a hopeless problem to solve and all the while crushing unemployment and poverty were becoming entrenched.

We see the Leader of the free world, the President of the United States, 1) born into a Marxist, Muslim family, 2) given a third generation Muslim name, 3) attending Muslim dominated school in Indonesian during impressionable years, 4) being mentored as an adolescent (age 11-18) by a far-left, activist, 5) writing an autobiography and highlighting how he "... sought out the Marxist professors" in college, 6) being mentored spiritually every Sunday for twenty years ( ages 27-47) by the avowed America-hating minister that married him and Christened his children, and 7) we see pictures of the President and First Lady with their proclaimed Harvard mentor and professor, James Ogletree, whom upon extensive review appears to have written a large part of the original Charter of your Black Panthers and was editor of that militant group's official newsletter and who represented Anita Hill as her attorney in the vicious attacks against Conservative Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas.

We in this reassembly are dumbfounded and perplexed and aghast that instead of seeing the freedom of the press at work to expose and expound and give context to who this person is, we see an extermination of curiosity by the so-called journalists of your day even unto what appears to be a coordinated conspiracy to aid and abet the literal thwarting of the aforementioned facts and the shielding of them from attaining the daylight of vetting and debate at the good mediation of the American electorate.

There is no wonderment here in these reviews why the 2012 President has preached the socialist envisionings of "Redistributing America's income and Wealth" as his strategy for America (just as he said he would). And no wonderment again of why, as the essential leader of the World, he has also gone around said same world apologizing for the success and preeminence of America and for Her sins of colonialism and transgressions or conquest and imperialism and on September 21, 2011, in a prepared speech told an audience that America had a "badly flawed American Constitution". He has appointed 45 so-called "czars" of which we can get very little information as to what they are doing. According to your conservative group "Judicial Watch" there are 18 other unfilled or planned czar positions. They operate almost outside of government control and scrutiny and accountability as the President has bypassed the Constitution's checks and balances by shielding them from the Senate confirmation process required of his Executive Department heads..

One of the first faces we see of this administration, that seem to care little to conceal or cloak its leftist and Marxist, Communist centered agendas, is Van Jones, who appears early appointed as the President's "Green Jobs" Czar. Its seems very odd to us that "the media", missed this amazing story of such obvious communism in the heart of the cradle of capitalism. Why wasn't this a blockbuster story. Does it not strike the "media" as a little odd that in a capitalist country, its President would appoint a vocal, America bashing, capitalism bashing, communist (self avowed member of the Communist Party) who signed the petition that the previous President of the United States and his administration were in on the destruction of the World Trade Center towers (so-called "Truthers")?

The President of the United States appointed this man from his inner circle at the White House to oversee the Progressives' massive and grand designs over their pet schemes for giving massive amounts of green and green projects to their cronies and political donors. "Solydra" hit the headlines as a developing scandal in September, 2011. 535,000,000 dollars of taxpayer money funneled into this "green company" disappeared into bankruptcy just 18 months after America's President and Vice President flew out and touted it as the cutting edge of "green" technology. This even though the previous President and other qualifying information showed it was a probable business failure in the making and a bad risk. Executives called to answer before Congress all took the 5th amendment. According to damning emails, the Executive Branch clandestinely and contrary to the original loan contracts and the law subordinated the taxpayers position of the loan to executives loans so the executives, who made donations to the President and his party and also aggregated private loans to the company could be protected ahead of the taxpayers. And then we see further damning evidence continuing to surface that the administration was in the act of getting more taxpayer money together to send to Solyndra at the point that the company was bankrupt and as the scandal was coming to light.

Are there scores or even hundreds of other green schemes like this at taxpayers expense? We see the previous Speaker of the House, your Nancy Pelosi, lamenting that her husband's brother is now getting pulled into the second "green" investigation as Vice-President of his company (that she didn't know was getting 3/4 of a billion dollars appropriated from the House of Representatives when she was running it). And we are "lamenting" it too for the good people of America are getting further and further indebted in unsustainable morass.

The 1/2 billion dollar loan of Solyndra was ostensibly to create jobs as part of the ubiquitous, progressive, Keynsian "stimulus" (i.e. something for nothing philosophy). 1100 people were hired at a cost of over $450,000/job to taxpayers to create these jobs. These workers were let go from their jobs with no notice at the time of closing. The previous "stimulus" scheme to create "Progressive" jobs had seen estimates of $200,000 to $250,000 for every one job created. Jobs that frequently only lasted for a year or so. This was the 787,000,000,000 dollar "stimulus" handed out by the 535 members of Congress to ... whom? Who were the recipients and how were they chosen? Do you know? No you don't no, but you can guess. When this failed spectacularly, progressive professors and economists (Keynsians) (Reich/Krugman are two we see) railed that the near 1 trillion wasn't large enough.

As just a simple patriot from Virginia, I may be wrong but if the 15,000,000 people who are out of work in 2012 got "stimulated" by these erudite minds of elite learning and you really wanted a successful stimulus large enough and each job costs (on the low side) 200,000 dollars to produce (generally temporarily), then all you have to do is borrow 3,000,000,000,000 or 3 trillion dollars and then let your children pay it back.

Where are the people amassing to put sanity and reason back into their government's consciousness? There are so many examples of abuse of power and abuse of trust and incompetence and corruption of government, that it is the heights of futility to try to expose it all. It is overwhelming in scope to contemplate. Maybe this is why the 4th branch of government, the "media", has opted not to challenge the government. There is just too much to try to uncover?

We did see one media report on the folly of the stimulus money use. A new $25 million building was to be built and people employed as a glorious border security facility on the Canadian border on a small road that crossed into Montana. The border agent that had driven out to meet the reporter was puzzled because there was nothing as far as the eye could see in all windswept directions and he said "there are only one or two cars that might drive by here in a day that cross this border".

Or could the media be opting out because so many government elites and media elites, all educated at the same elite halls of progressivism, are joined in lemming step and see the shimmering illusion of the progressive oasis up ahead but are blinded by the sun reflected off its misdirected, Chinese, solar panels and miss seeing the crevice a few gallops away into the black abyss.

Ask yourself a few questions, kindred brothers and sisters and good patriots of 21st Century America:

Why don't you know what kind of student your President was in school. Why are the records of his grades at Occidental College or Columbia University or Harvard prevented from the public? Your Donald Trump has asked how your President could have gotten into Harvard Law School when one thing that is known is your President did not graduate from Columbia with honors. Why hasn't anyone seen his thesis? Why have the tenets of his religion (founded in 1971 by Robert Cone) been ignored and covered up (see Exhibit A of this chapter with your "Wikipedia" explanations of "Black Liberation Theology")?

Why does the President think his Grandmother was "a typical white person" as he said when he "threw her under the bus", as you say, during his campaign for the expediency of making a point about something else? Wasn't this the Grandmother who raised him and who, with her like-minded husband, promoted the idea that the teenage Barack needed an African-American father figure and role model and steered that selection to be Frank Marshall Davis the well-known, far-left activist?

Why does your President have relatives going to jail and being deported from America. Why are they given multiple deportation sentences and are still here? Couldn't he have taken some time for his Aunt and Uncle Omar to help them along the way with their living situations or possible citizenship or make appropriate arrangements to prevent their predicaments and embarrassments?

Why don't you know more about Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn and the buildings they blew up (Pentagon)(New York Police Headquarters ...) and the people their group killed as members of the subversive "Weathermen" and "Weather Underground"? Was it really true what an undercover CIA agent said recently in a viral video about the time he spent with Ayers and Dohrn infiltrating their revolutionary group in which they matter-of-factly estimated that 25 million people would resist the revolution and re-education camps and would have to be eliminated whereupon the clarification to his question of "eliminated?" was "killed!"

Why don't you know that Bill Ayers avoided conviction on a technicality? Why don't you know he wrote "guilty as sin - free as a bird" in one of his books about those days and that in the last decade as a "progressive" professor in Chicago he said he wished he had done "more". Why don't you know that Bill Ayers and Barack Obama worked closely together as leaders of "The Chicago Annaberg Challenge" which was set up by Walter Annaberg with $49 million given to Chicago? Why don't you know that Bill Ayers helped obtain the money and Obama, as Chairman for 4 years, oversaw and helped direct all of the spending from 1995 to 1999? Why don't you know more about the campaign event for Obama in Bill Ayers' and Bernadette Dohrn's living room in Chicago that kicked off Obama's political career? Why don't you know that Bill Ayers wrote most of Obama's book "Dreams From My Father" (according to 5 independent analyses of writing style and meter and the same cache of words (same vocabulary) and same and similar metaphor selections). Why don't you know that Obama's first literary work and style was poor and all of a sudden "Dreams ..." was a

worthy piece just like Ayers recent books?

Why don't you know more about the person that Obama praised for almost all of his adult life as his spiritual mentor and Christian teacher around which he built his core beliefs about life? Why don't you know that that person, Jeremiah Wright, who curses America and who curses "rich" America and capitalism and who curses Jews and who curses whites and white oppression of blacks was, all the while, buying a $10 million mansion in a predominately white, gated neighborhood in one of the most upscale places in Chicago at the time Obama was running for President? Why don't you know more about the Hyde Park home Obama purchased in conjunction with help from long time supporter Tony Rezko (Rezko bought the lot adjoining the house and Obama got a $300,000 discount). Why also don't you know that Obama worked in the law firm that helped get Tony Rezko $41 million in public housing loans or that Rezko raised over $150,000 for Obama over time or that not long after the Hyde Park home purchase, Rezko went to jail convicted on extensive counts of fraud, money laundering and bribery?

Why don't you know that Obama's father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., was married to another woman in Kenya and already had a child when Obama's mother became pregnant and continued to lie to her about his other wife when they married (Feb 2, 1961) in Hawaii. Why don't you know that Obama Sr. then went from Hawaii to Harvard to study and during that time separated from Obama and his mother and then in 1964 left Harvard for Kenya and wrote as a Marxist and radical for socialist change in Kenya. Why don't you know more about his father's father (Obama's paternal grandfather) who became a socialist/anti-colonialist and who was jailed and tortured for 6 months at the hands of British colonialists which quite probably colors Obama's view of the whole subject of British (and American?) colonialism and imperialism and quite logically Britain and America?

Why don't you know that Obama's father succumbed to alcoholism in the 1970s and never got out from under it's influence or that he was arrested for DUI repeatedly in Kenya, and then hospitalized for a year after a serious car accident, then lost both legs when he lost control in a second single-car accident, and eventually died in 1981 in a third car accident in Nairobi?

Why don't you know that Obama really only has one memory of ever seeing his father and that is because Obama Sr. left Obama and his mother prior to 1964 when Obama was 2-3 and only came to see Obama once in Hawaii in 1971 when Obama was 10?

It is natural to feel sorry for the misfortunes beyond his control and understand that the young Obama came a long way considering his very hard beginnings and considering his two very troubled sets of parents (his step-father was only married to his mother briefly) but shouldn't someone have vetted these things for the American people better in your time so a whole nation could understand who was asking them to be their President?

Why don't you in 2012 know more about these things and much more?

This was all information before Obama became President. Do you think your media's mantra that we see of doing all in the name of "the public's right to know" was honored here?

Do you think the American public had a "right to know"? We see the "public's right to know" is the sacred trust of the media even to the point of breaking laws to get an important story according to your Dan Rather who argued passionately that that was the case as he gave his opinion to Judge Friendly (the Honorable Judge Henry Jacob Friendly) and a distinguished panel of media and law titans for PBS programming in the early 1980s.

Do journalists really have justification to "break and enter" if need be to get to the story and honor that "sacred trust" that the media has with the public? Is that honored tradition of "the public's right to know" really that sacred, as Mr. Rather maintained to that esteemed group, that a journalist should break and enter if need be and trespass upon law and private property because the public had "a right to know"?

Do you think these actors we've been watching from the 20th Century movie "All the President's Men" should at least like Redford and Hoffman did (or like the National Security Advisor to Bill Clinton, Sandy Berger, did when he stuffed classified documents down his pants which he stole from the National Archives) sneak out the college grades? Would this make a good 21st Century movie about "the public's right to know"?

Are all of these questions at some point going to make a good movie?

Who do you trust more, the President, the Media, or Dan Rather?

Is your American media so inept or so stupid as not to have known many of these things they didn't report to begin with?

And finally, Does the Prince of Wales stomp polo paddies?

The media have hitched their wagon and their progressivism (and as you say "bet the farm") on this progressive president. He is beginning to crack and falter and show a hollow suit and a hollow refrain. Your Dan Rather was the face and progressive darling for years just as now Obama is in the full romantic embrace of the media and its ideologues.

We see the great amassing of Executive power now being backed into a corner and beginning to feel very threatened.

We see the progressives now are way beyond the point of pleading ignorance to what they've been doing and what are truly their grand designs to bring down America and her ideals and institutions that they despise. They are leaving too much evidence everywhere of their grand goals in their books and their articles and their speeches for them to plead ignorance or happenstance.

Their final chapters in all these speeches we are seeing in the videos from organizers and in reading their books like "Rules for Radicals" employ grand designs to bring the masses into the streets as fomenting chaos and anarchy are paramount in their next-to-the-last chapters before the final take-over chapter. But their timetable is being pinched and all the underground networks are being threatened by an awakening giant that is mounting a dire threat to that timetable and their agenda is feeling the strain of threatening peril to its completion.

It has always been true throughout Antiquity that "when the powers that be feel threatened, that's when they use the power they have."

And the power the Executive has amassed is immense.

And we see the co-joined media also in a fight for their lives now that they've put America in a mortal fight for Hers.

The awakening giant in 2012 is the "Tea Party", the "conservatives", and 'We the People", and, more and more, and joined together as "all of the above", America is asking the right questions and gearing up for the right battle. And the progressives are becoming loud and abrasive and more frantic and dangerous as they are called to account and exposed and confronted and always lurks the stark and grave tenet " the ends justify the means" somewhere in the background.

We have come across the Dan Rather story and his interview on CBS in prime time when he promised George Bush the senior that he would not ask any questions about "Iran Contra" if Mr. Bush would give the interview. When the first question on live TV was about "Iran Contra" we are impressed with the Vice-President's (at the time VP to Ronald Reagan) response. Mr. Bush roughly said, You know Dan, you assured us in the audition that this question was off-limits and you agreed to that in order to get the interview. How would you like it if I asked you right now about the night you left all of your audiences and all of America with blank screens (a reference to Mr. Rather's embarrassing telecast when he left the prime-time TV sets of America in the dark)?

We in the reassembly fear that the progressives' "100 Year War against Business and Success", as we see it is being called now, has been the frequent pernicious partner of their "ends justify the means" philosophy. It is a combination that we see bringing America very close to a monumental triggering point and at a point in time whose awful legacy would be that the children of the grandchildren of 2012 would remember "the night the lights went out in America".

There is devastating corruption of ethics, corruption of morals, corruption of trust and corruption of the principles and foundations of America at every turn of these unholy alliances and mutiny unto Liberty at the highest powers of government and its accomplices.

It is not just a national disgrace and treason but it is a worldwide disgrace and desecration against the good and decent people of America and their proud heritage and history of striving to the highest standards of virtue and honor and thrift and good standing in the eyes of the world.

Your Orson Wells' film of an invasion beginning in the Northeastern United States, War of the Worlds, was, upon exceptional relief, revealed to be fiction. Unfortunately that is not the case with the progressives' "100 Year War" - it couldn't be more real. As your illustrious President, Ronald Reagan, points out in the attached introduction to "Agenda", this film is not only alarmingly true but all of you good and faithful people unto freedom and proud and kindred patriots of 2012 are right in the middle of its unfinished ending.

Ladies and Gentlemen of 2012,

My congratulations and commendations from across the chasm of time for upholding the ideals of Liberty and Freedom through the storms of War and Pestilence and through periods of illustrious plenty and marvelous attainments and Divinely Inspired inventions conquering time and space and universal mysteries untold.

That the Republic from humble beginnings in these early United States has withstood the tests of centuries, is a testament to the American spirit and its yearnings to be Free and un-oppressed and unrestrained to pursue the inspirational quests and ardent strivings for the valiant and the vital and the virtuous in additional pursuit of the ultimate in all things as intended by the Creator.

America has built a great and noble civilization like no other before it and, it is with more prideful feelings than we should allow to that, we beam with the fine thought that its beginnings had their creation here in this great Hall on tenets of unalienable rights to "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" as endowed by a God of grace and of teachings of goodness and love for all Men.

But the frailties of Man are in all times and in all seasons lurking in wait at the dark mercy of the temptations and lusts and sad desires that debase the Grace and ignore the good and displace the love with the bitter and the hateful.

It was with intense and hopeful fascination at the start that this humble re-assembly watched the various struggles and clashes of competing philosophies of government and governing and how the great dynasties of the ages (Spain and France and Britain are but three with which I have some experience and learning), have risen to great heights of civilization only to see them all crumbled from within through the same squandering of fortune through debt and mismanagement and vainglory and mischievous debasement of monies and treasuries and at the frequent sacrificing of honor and trust and allegiance to the good and the true and the decent and the Divine.

Even as we looked for possible other budding examples of Freedom emerging in the World with hopes of proclivities to long endurances, the intention was to juxtapose the journey of America's might through goodness and self governance and Her strength through Her Freedoms with the opposite eventualities that dominate most of Man's history with the Dictatorial and the Despotic and the Tyrannies against man.

We were well versed in the Despicable Characters of the Ages.

But we were not prepared for the horrors that arose in Tyranny in your 20th Century World. That a Stalin could brutally starve 40 million people with the horrific terror in the millions of mortifying decisions inflicted on mothers and fathers and grandmothers and grandfathers deciding which child or parent would be next to be sacrificed in the atrocious and unspeakable and unthinkable cannibalistic or hopeless suicidal horrors leaving the stench of whole regions of society starved in gruesome death, or that a Mao tze Tung could systematically murder with a wholesale ruthless roulette of execution of millions upon millions of innocents throughout Asia until he had killed 70 million souls, or that one person could requisition evil in its vilest manifestations as a Hitler gone mad amassing a people and a nation into a satanic mob watching maniacal killing and systematic slaughter and complete genocide of another people at the hands of insanity:

The revelations of months of study of "Man's inhumanity to Man" in these most intense indoctrinations in these committees of review has implanted a sense of utmost distress at the perilous crossroads the tyrannous central government of America has now massively chained each of our Countrymen our Kinsmen and our Descendants in Liberty in 2011 America to with absolutely crushing debt that has crippled the future purse of America and Americans and put America's defenses at the mercy of another set of nations two of which were arch enemies just a generation ago and one who murdered an amount of her own citizens (70 million in China) that equals 1 out of every 4 Americans in 2012.

We in the committees cannot fathom and we are realizing that the debt numbers of the United States are not fathomed by

the 2011 populace as to how mountainous the debt is and how irreversible the momentum of the National Debt has become.

The finality of the irreversibility and an accompanying inevitable collapse is becoming, we distinctly fear, very close.

The results of economic and societal collapse are catastrophic for 2012 if the magnitude of the forces that take over are then dictating events that are beyond the isolated control America has geographically enjoyed since her birth.

A collapse in 2012 or 2013 is set in a world on fire in other parts of the world and with the antipathy of the ages in the cradle of Biblical civilization.

That we have seen the weapons that can destroy entire civilizations, has redoubled our efforts at ways for sounding an alarm and sent us into extensive ponderings and prying into every idea that may be plausible to first secure the runaway profligate purse strings of a nation and second to secure the runaway government at the federal level.

As part of those two challenges and in parallel effort in order to rejuvenate the tenets of capitalism and free markets, extensive planning has gone into the creation of a model that will start an economic boom and a building boom injecting torrents of revenues into the coffers of all levels of government and all levels of individual and business endeavor and immensely and in pure form propel once again America's badly beleaguered and sadly suppressed centerpieces of Her capitalistic foundations and institutions. America once again will foster immense prosperity with "Free Enterprise".

"Free Enterprise" in its most pure form is that ingredient to be unleashed in a setting that is unfettered and completely free of the crushing, smothering, stifling effects of government and especially of the onerous, overbearing federal government.

"Free Enterprise" that will be planted throughout America in newly created small rural towns where neighbors help neighbors, where children play without fear and prejudice whether "red, yellow, black or white".

"Free Enterprise" that 1) partners business workers and owners and investors with education and internships and apprenticeships and appreciation for ambition and for work ethic and for creativity and imagination and advancement and ownership and citizenship and that 2) promotes pride of community and the foundations and heritage of "God and Country" as its centerpiece.

"Free Enterprise Towns" that spring up all over America that are created from scratch at first as Sister Towns with a rural footprint out from the major metropolitan areas that search out the undocumented for new work programs and quicker more simple paths to citizenship, that beckon to the unemployed to leave the cities and relocate and relearn and ask for help and a partnership for the future and also beckon to the disadvantaged in other ways that search out ways to find support and a way up with the help of others in a small town setting where businesses have been given reasons (huge, very appealing reasons) to come locate and build a community where they can thrive and be part of the fraternal fabric of repatriation of not just profits but pride in a people, a heritage the most sacred and interesting of any on Earth, and beckon as a solemn beacon to a World in need.

"Free Enterprise Towns" that will exist under the complete jurisdiction of the State that charters them as one of the main avenues for States getting back on an equal footing with the federal government. Competing research and development in many areas of federal monopoly will spur better drugs and medicines and hospitals and clinics. These incubators of pure free enterprise will, for the 25-year experimental period, be free from all federal regulations to compete with the federal government and other states in all areas of commerce and only subject to State rules and regulations and State supervisory boards set up outside the jurisdiction of the federal courts and supreme court.

Restoring power to the States with the huge tax and regulation incentives of these dynamic new communities is the first leg of change that will combine with the other three avenues to re-balance the States' powers said additional three avenues which are detailed in General Washington's final report and are summarized as follows:

1) through the repealing of the 17th Amendment so State Legislatures can again elect their representatives in

Congress in the Senate and

2) prohibition of federal mandates and federal control over the purse strings of the States and proration of federal

taxes collected given back to the states at the point of collection from the people in block form that will

fund much of state budgeting out of the general tax revenues collected through federal taxation and

3) "term limits" of Congress that will dissolve the stranglehold of lobbies and the unholy alliances that have built up

within the 95% incumbency Congress or the "Imperial Congress" as Mr. Jefferson is oft given to confer his

royally disaffected choice of moniker.

These "Free Enterprise Towns" are of huge import and potential and auger immensely for grand prosperity and noble new heights of achievement when combined with the other recommendations given to General Washington by these many committees and their results for assimilation and conveyance to 2012 America in its time of need.

But the hour is getting late and impending calamities are bearing upon the dams holding back massive debt and the storms of profligacy raining torrents of raging spending and turning tributaries into huge rivers that are converging in inexorably devastating pressure that if not diverted and defeated will devour the American landscape and freedom and liberty will be washed from the land and their previous forms will be no more.

It is with utmost urgency and impetus to implore and beseech and to the point of sounding a national alarm and further to the point of unleashing what we see are your generally sounded for impending weather disasters, i.e. your civil defense sirens, in complete and nationwide synchrony and reverberation throughout the land in unison that Americans need to come out into the streets with alacrity and unity to arrest the enemy within the gates as the forces against freedom are promulgating economic collapse and then ultimate control born out of crisis.

These forces have allied with anarchy as an artifice for takeover and have laid the traps of subversion for speech and assembly and press with subterfuges and thwarting devices around the normal order of law. On September 28, 2011, we see the reports finding sunlight as to the takeover being readied for the Executive to take control of the internet and its new enforcements and policing at the direct sabotage of Congressional directives to the contrary. There are growing

accomplices positioned at the evermore higher levers of control to implement massive regulations and edicts.

We have in these committees finalized far ranging plans of bold and grand defenses and offenses to be brought into the aforementioned many times "100 Year War" and the devices for winning the final two years of this mortal struggle between control by central government and control by the People.

General Washington has prepared the accumulated report compiled with over a dozen major tenets of re-constitution to arm the People in the form of one overall constitutional amendment to rediscover and reclaim the old power as new again and to thwart the forces leading to despotism that have gathered immense inertia over so long a time.

We offer our committee's extensive proposals for "Free Enterprise Towns" as the centerpiece of our efforts and have enumerated our best constructions in the further details of the attachment and the amendment and believe that with haste and earnest employment these towns can be built on your internet in, as you say, virtual form, so that upon ratification these towns will already be poised to rush across the land and reclaim the economic and social strengths that can be girded with quick and sustaining strength and victory over the malaise and subversion of prosperity from Washington.

It is our prayer for swift successes in the attainment of your 28th Amendment and its diverse applications. May all politics in 2012 once again be local and may the good people of America be persuasive and vocal in directing their own fate with strong, measured voices emanating from the lessons of History, sound judgment, and well studied reason.

(Note: Roger Sherman was the only person to sign all four founding documents, i.e. The Articles of

Association, The Articles of Confederation, The Declaration of Independence, and The Constitution.

He was a man greatly admired and respected by all. Thomas Jefferson once said "That is Mr. Sherman, of

Connecticut, a man who never said a foolish thing in his life.". He was steeped in the ways of

Connecticut's constitution, melded the "New Jersey Plan" at the Constitutional Convention with the

much contrasting "Virginia Plan" of Edmund Randolph and James Madison and became known as the

father of the great "Connecticut Compromise" (which provided the final form of representation to Congress

in the "bicameral" House and Senate thus settling the argument between large states and small states), and

he was chosen as one of the famous "Committee of Five" that wrote the Declaration of Independence).

Fellow Countrymen of 2012,

My humble offering of congratulations along with my distinguished colleagues in this re-assembly for the grandiose and unimaginable strides that are evidenced by all the wonders that we see in these months of research and review. Your accomplishments upon the Earth seem to us as nothing short of the miracles one conjures for Heaven itself and one can only wonder in realms unknown of what infinite limits our Lord and Creator has bestowed in the vast expanses of the human mind and what He has in an Omniscient Mind planned yet ahead for the centuries to come and for the advancement and ultimate dispensation of Mankind and his monuments in history.

As the revered and esteemed and learned Mr. Franklin has espoused in his report, the splendor of Man's political inventions are of far less noble eventuality and as all of this re-assembly conclude and together make unwaveringly known, the forces inventing political power to oppress and command control over other men seems to be driven in every age to resurrect its stifling legacy of destruction to all it covets to command.

We pray steadfast strivings for the good and kind and giving and for all that has endeared the greatest nation ever devised of man and the fairest system of governance yet presented to a watching and learning and hopeful world that can not hide or long deny what Freedom and free men and women have accomplished in America.

We have seen the impoverishment in our collective eyes of the basic tenets of limited government versus the unlimited individual in the "100 Years War" as it is being called now in your time. We have seen a familiar rise in the familiar tactics of amassing power by amassing government which employs seductions to one set of factions at the expense and detriment of another set of factions and we are distraught at the divides that pit Americans versus Americans.

Therefore, as has been mentioned to in the distinguished Mr. Franklin's report, we are building into the tenets of the proposed major amendment to the illustrious Constitution a good-natured "dueling" of sorts between the two divides that have engulfed the American landscape, i.e. the two factions of the "100 Year War" - progressives (liberals) on the one hand and conservatives on the other hand.

Very simply, the 28th Amendment that our most illustrious and beloved leader, General Washington, is delivering across the ages has all of the level playing field, as you say, rules and definitions for effecting a "winner take all" competition between the two philosophies of the so-called "left" and "right'.

It is called in the next great amendment "The Great Competition between Social Enterprise Towns (SETs) and Free Enterprise Towns (FETs)".

It is designed to be highly visible to the masses and prove for all time which side provides the highest number of jobs and highest prosperity to the people.

The numbers of towns and number of businesses and individuals that move there and the after tax income should be easy to calculate to determine for not just America but a watching world who the winner is.

It is also estimated that both sides will compete with great vigor to build these new towns in rural areas and that the spirited competition with produce a building boom like none other seen in the nation before.

Free Enterprise Towns (FETs) are free to incorporate in rural areas and attract corporations and businesses and individuals with their model of no income tax, and no capital gains taxes, and no unemployment taxes, and no sin taxes, and no gasoline taxes, and no vat taxes, and no property taxes for business or individuals. They typically have no taxes other than a 10% sales tax (6% local, 2% county and 2% state) and a 1% tax on total business revenue and 1% tax on real estate sales and very few local paid government positions. FETs are completely under the purview and laws of the state in which they are incorporated and unanswerable to the government of the federal level, its executive, legislative or judicial branch. The states promulgate the law and enforcement and adjudication. They receive no monies that similar towns receive from the federal government (roads, schools, bridges, unemployment payments, etc) other than payments vested prior to a resident moving there for social security attainment and previously vested Medicare, etc. All workers in an FET pay a 5% payroll tax to the federal government during the 25-year competition and life of the FETs. All 5% payments go directly into the Social Security Trust Fund to help with the deficit in that system. All workers pay this 5% each paycheck even though they receive no credit for eventual benefits from these payments. Said 5% is to represent an amount defined as the price to be paid for being in a low tax/small government town and is also the price to the federal government to contribute to the national defense for which FETs accrue an umbrella benefit.

Social Enterprise Towns are similarly free to incorporate in rural areas and attract corporations and businesses and individuals with their model of tax levels and regulation models at levels that may exceed even the national level of tax and regulation for the benefit of those town residents and businesses that pay the taxes and pay for the regulations and those who are supported by the levels of taxes and government programs.

The competition is simple - which of the two town models attracts the most towns in number and population and which model produces the most economic prosperity over the 25-year competition - that model is the proclaimed winner to a watching nation of low, middle and upper class citizenry and to a watching world and, it is supposed, to watching world governments. All will learn the lessons and nations will form their governments accordingly for their success and for the most auspicious and prosperous avenues for the future.

All of the 50 states manage and enforce the rules and the oversight of all of the competitor towns in their state. Non-conformity to the rules can result in disqualification and suspension from consideration and inclusion in the calculation of the eventual winner. Egregious government corruption is also a disqualifier from the competition as determined by state legislatures.

Although Social Enterprise Towns are taxed and regulated by the federal government, and can up their taxes and regulations within their borders on their businesses and residents, they are strictly forbidden to accept subsidies and/or monies or favorable treatment of any kind that are not normal avenues of local, state, federal funding and expenditures and the ordinary course of business and in the proportions and pro-rations normally employed in their surrounding towns.

We have seen a frequent phrase in our investigations at your popular "NASCAR" activities. We use it here for your familiarity; "Gentlemen, start your engines".
